MBA & Master's Additional Graduate Certificate Credential Form

    Loading...

Current GW School of Business graduate students who are enrolled in one of our MBA or Master's programs, and who are in good academic standing (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher) after 9.0 graduate credits of coursework/grades, are eligible to be considered for additional graduate certificate program(s). After speaking with your academic advisor, complete and submit this form to apply for your desired additional credential. Please note:

    • Submission of this form does not guarantee admission.
    • If you are planning to complete two certificates, only fill out this application for the certificate you plan to complete first.
    • Students enrolled in our Master of Interdisciplinary Business Studies (MIBS) program should NOT use this form to change their certificate selection(s). Please speak with your academic advisor about your options.
    • Students interested in applying to our Business Analytics graduate certificate must submit a full online application. Due to the high-level quantitative coursework taught in these programs, all transcripts from previous institutions must be provided.
    • This form should only be used if the certificate program shares credit with your primary degree. If this is a certificate you plan on taking after completion of your primary degree, it is required that you apply through the main application portal.
Do not submit this form if you have already applied for a certificate program. If you would like to switch your graduate certificate program after form submission or if you receive an error message, please contact the Graduate Admissions Office at business@gwu.edu.
