Corcoran MFA in Fine Arts Information Session

Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM until 5:45 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

We invite you to join us for an online information session and Q&A with Maria Del Carmen Montoya, Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies for our MFA in Fine Arts. Learn how our curriculum fosters a rigorous and experimental approach to art making, while encouraging students to pursue their creative commitments in the studio and in the world. Our program emphasizes a critical and creative relationship between content and form, an awareness of art historical connections and engagement with the contexts of creative production. As part of this session, you'll have the opportunity to ask us any questions you might have about our program and the application process.
