Corcoran MFA in Classical Acting Information Session

Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM until 4:45 PMEastern Standard Time UTC -05:00

Classical Acting works in conjunction with the Shakespeare Theatre Company Academy to offer a truly immersive performance program. The one-year intensive graduate curriculum focuses on the craft of acting Shakespeare and other classical texts culminating with the performance of full-length classical plays. As actors and acting teachers, graduates help transform the way classical theater is performed on Broadway and in regional theaters around the country.

We invite you to join us for an online information session about our Master of Fine Arts in Classical Acting hosted by Program Director, Alec Wild, along with the Head of Voice & Text, Lisa Beley, and Academy Coordinator, Maddie Caldis. They will give an overview of the STC Academy Classical Acting MFA program and application logistics.
