    Join us online to learn more about GW’s M.S. in Quantitative Social Sciences, a dynamic STEM‑designated graduate program in the heart of Washington, D.C. The program offers rigorous, hands‑on training in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and research methodology, rooted in the social science disciplines of political science, economics, sociology, and statistics. Students gain proficiency in statistical computing tools such as R, Python, and Stata and complete a culminating capstone project in their final semester. In addition, the MSQSS program provides unparalleled opportunities for internships and employment in government agencies, nonprofits, and private sector organizations, preparing graduates for careers in academia, research, government, nonprofits, election campaigns, and survey research.
